Pinot Noir 2006

  Appearance: Deep red with red hues          
               
Aroma: Vanilla bean, nutmeg, hints of black cherry, starting to show some secondary     bottle aged characters.
               
Palate: Mouth feel is fleshy yet soft and full. Plum fruits and floral flavours are complimented by bottle aged characters. Tannins are silky and beautifully integrated with a dusty finish.
               
Drinking: Drinking very well now.
               
  Cellaring: Cellar medium to long term.          
               
               
 

Pinot Noir 2007

  Appearance:

Dark red with red hues

         
               
  Aroma: Cherry and chocolate, earthy, gamey, spicey.          
               
  Palate: Cherries and dark berries, plums and spiceness. Neat acidity added to fine tannins provides a palate that is tight with a great line throughout.          
               
  Drinking:

Preferably not yet, or with food.

         
               
  Cellaring:

Cellar medium to long term.

         
               
               
 

Pinot Noir 2008

  Appearance: Dark red and purple with purple red hues          
               
  Aroma:

Forest floor, vanillin, cherries and raspberries, spicy oak.

         
               
  Palate: Vibrant ripe intense cherries and plums. Palate firm and a little disjointed like an ungainly adolescent.          
               
  Drinking: Preferably not yet, or with food.          
               
  Cellaring: Cellar medium to long term.          
               
               
 

Pinot Noir Reserve 2005

           
  Date: 18/10/2009          
               
  Appearance: Dark red with red hues          
               
  Aroma:

Forest floor, vanillin, dark cherries, rose wood.

         
               
  Palate: Still showing great intensity of flavour with primary fruits and beginning to develop some great bottle aged characters. Velvety tannins and good weight throughout. Excellent length.          
               
  Drinking: Aging gracefully with plenty left to give.          
               
  Cellaring: Cellar medium to long term.
